Kimchi Apple Salad

¼ cup kimchi, chopped.

½ granny smith apple, sliced.

2 romaine leaves

2 tablespoon almond, chopped.

Cut romain into halves, place on a plate. Spread out the kimchi on the romain leaves. Put apple slices on the kimchi, covering most and leaving some visible for color arrangement. Top with almond.
