Orange Cup Salad

1 orange

3 tablespoon avocado flesh, cut into small pieces.

2 tablespoon chopped tomato

1 tablespoon chopped onion

Trim top and bottom ends of orange and cut horizontally into halves. Each half should be able to stand on a flat surface.

Using a small knife, scoop out the flesh of orange and cut into small pieces.

Mix avocado, tomato, onion and orange. Divide and fill the orange cups. Serve the rest of the salad on the side.

Note: If the orange is not very sweet, you can add a little honey or maple syrup. If you like it a little sour, add some lemon juice.
