½ cup purred cantaloupe flesh
½ cup water
½ tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon agar agar
2 slices pineapple (optional)
Find two jello mold or small cups, place one pineapple slice in each.
Mix cantaloupe, water, sugar and agar agar. Pour into a small pot and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
Pour into jello molds and let cool. Refrigerate until set.
Remove from jello molds and serve.
