1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ground almond
½ cup ground black sesame
½ cup brown rice flour
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, combine eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Stir in the ground almond, ground sesame and flour to make a dough.
Using a spoon, place scoops of the mixture onto a non-stick baking sheet.
Bake 7-10 minutes in middle rack.
