Two baked potatoes
½ tablespoon olive oil
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup chopped cabbage
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground Szechuan pepper
¼ teaspoon brown sugar
½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Peel and mash potatoes.
Heat oil in a pot, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add cabbage, salt, Szechuan pepper, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, stir while cooking, for about 5-8 minutes. If too dry you can add a little water.
Let cabbage cool for a little.
Put some mashed potato in your hand, dig a hole and put some cabbage in the hole, then close it and make into a ball.
Repeat until the potato or cabbage is used up.
(Optional) Garnish with ketchup, chili sauce, or other colorful sauces.
You can also serve the potato with cabbage without shaping them. The bun is just for the pretty look at parties.
