1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. red miso
2 slices ginger, chopped.
1 lb. Napa Cabbage, chopped.
½ red bell pepper, cut into strips.
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
Heat oil in a pan. Add miso and ginger. Break even and sauté until fragrant.
Add Napa cabbage, red bell pepper and green onions. Sauté until vegetables are evenly covered in sauce.
Add a little water, cover and turn down the heat. Cook for 6 to 10 minutes or until the veggies are soft.
Keep adding water if getting dry, then adjust seasoning by adding more miso or water.
