¼ cup flour
¼ cup ground walnut
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter, melted.
½ cup fresh blueberries or 2 tablespoon dried blueberries.
In a big bowl, mix flour, ground walnut, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Beat egg and mix with milk and butter. Slowly add into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold blueberries into the batter.
Heat a non-stick skillet, drop 2 tablespoon of the batter each time. Cook 1 to 2 minute per side.
Serve with maple syrup and additional blueberries (optional）
