1 block tofu (14 oz.)
½ tablespoon soy sauce
½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
½ tablespoon agave nectar
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
1 teaspoon miso
Cut tofu into 12 rectangular slices, about 3/8-inch thick.
To make sauce, mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, agave nectar, garlic, green onion, and miso.
Place the tofu on a plate, top with sauce.
If you like it warm, just put the tofu in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes.
