Wrap this autumn flavor in your sushi.
1¾ cup cooked white rice
½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon white sesame seeds
2 nori sheet
1 cup cooked pumpkin flesh
Peel and cut avocado into strips.
Dissolve salt in apple cider vinegar, then mix with rice.
Stir sesame seeds into rice and mix again.
Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat.
Spread the flavored rice on the nori sheet, leaving at least half inch space from the edge.
Put pumpkin first, then avocado, on the rice, toward the center.
Put few rice grains on the edge of the nori.
Roll up the mat. Tightly squeeze, then open the mat and cut sushi roll into slices.
