A typical summer beverage popular in Taiwan.
4 dried plums
2 cups water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Ground cinnamon to taste
Put dried plums and water in a pot.
Boil then simmer for 15 minutes.
Add sugar and cinnamon, stir to mix.
Turn off heat.
Filter into a glass. Put some dried plum in if you like.
Let cool, then refrigerate if serving cold.
