Oven-Baked Carrot Sticks


Fun way to serve carrot

4 medium organic carrot

½ tablespoon olive oil

1/8 teaspoon salt, optional

¼ teaspoon cumin, optional

Trim off ends of carrots, cut into 1/8-inch x 2 inch sticks.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Toss carrot sticks in olive oil, and put in a baking dish.

Mix salt and cumin and sprinkle on the carrot. (This is optional. Carrot is so rich of flavors already.)

Bake 45 minutes, turning once.
