1 stick celery
½ cup oats
3 cups chopped chard
Peel and dice potatoes.
Dice carrot and celery.
Put potato, carrot and celery into a large pot and cover with enough water.
Boil, then turn down the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add oats and cook 10 more minutes, then put in the chard and cook for 5 minutes.
Season with salt.
