Baked Napa Cabbage with Garlic and Bell Pepper



Baked cabbage is sweet and aromatic.

2 cups chopped Napa cabbage

¼ cup chopped red or yellow bell pepper

1 garlic clove, chopped

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

5 chopped almond

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Heat oil in a pot, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add cabbage and salt, sauté for 1 more minute.

Remove cabbage from pot, put into baking dish.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Sprinkle almond on the cabbage and serve. (If you use salted almond, there is no need to add salt at the earlier step.
