Vegetable Banana Sushi Rolls



No-rice sushi roll, ready in minutes!

1 banana

1 nori sheet

½ carrot

½ cucumber

½ green bell pepper

2 tablespoon peanut butter

1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar

2 garlic cloves, chopped.

1 slice ginger, chopped.

To make rolls:

Peel and cut banana into half-inch tall cylinders.

Use kitchen scissors to cut nori sheet into 1-inch wide strips.

Cut carrot and cucumber into match sticks.

Wrap the banana with sushi strip, wet one edge of the strip with water and press against the other end of the strip; hold for few seconds to seal.

Fill the space inside the roll with carrot and cucumber.

To make sauce:

Chop green bell pepper into big chunks. Put green bell pepper chunks, peanut butter, water, Balsamic vinegar, garlic, and ginger into a blender and blend until smooth.
